La invitaţia Ministrului Sănătăţii, Eugen Nicolăescu,
Prefectul Eugeniu Avram a participat la dezbaterea regională de la Oradea privind restructurarea şi reorganizarea sistemului sanitar
 
Prefectul Eugeniu Avram a participat în data de 20 septembrie, la Oradea, la întâlnirea cu reprezentanţii structurilor din sistemul sanitar, organizată de Ministerul Sănătăţii, având ca temă principalele proiecte de lege privind reforma în sănătate. Întâlnirea a fost organizată de către Ministrul Sănătăţii, Eugen Nicolăescu.
Ministerul Sănătăţii ÅŸi-a propus o consultare cât mai largă în legătură cu definitivarea unor proiecte de acte normative, care reprezintă o reformă benefică ÅŸi profundă pentru sistemul de sănătate publică. 
Pe agenda discuţiei s-au aflat următoarele teme: direcţiile de reformă privind restructurarea şi reorganizarea sistemului sanitar; proiectul pilot de creştere a veniturilor medicilor din unităţile sanitare publice cu paturi; legea răspunderii civile a personalului medical (malpraxis); proiectul de modificare a statutului spitalelor; principii şi elemente definitorii ale pachetului de servicii medicale de bază.
La dezbaterea de la Oradea au fost invitaÅ£i să participe alături de factorii reprezentativi din judeÅ£ele Satu Mare, Bihor, Cluj, Sălaj, MaramureÅŸ, BistriÅ£a-Năsăud, ÅŸi prefecÅ£ii ÅŸi preÅŸedinÅ£ii Consiliilor JudeÅ£ene. La întâlnire au participat, de asemenea, Colegiul Medicilor din fiecare judeÅ£, Colegiile judeÅ£ene ale FarmaciÅŸtilor, AsociaÅ£iile judeÅ£ene pentru pacienÅ£i, Societăţile ÅŸi Patronatele JudeÅ£ene ale Medicilor de familie din fiecare judeÅ£ mai sus menÅ£ionat, organizaÅ£iile sindicale judeÅ£ene ale Sanitas ÅŸi Solidaritatea, managerii spitalelor publice din judeÅ£, directorii direcÅ£iei de sănătate publică din judeÅ£ele participante ÅŸi preÅŸedinÅ£ii Caselor JudeÅ£ene de Sănătate.
