Prefectul judeţului Satu Mare, Eugeniu Avram, a avut în data de 27 noiembrie, o întâlnire cu directorul executiv al Agenţiei pentru Protecţia Mediului, Elisabeta Bekessy, şi directorul Filialei Satu Mare a SC Electrica Furnizare Transilvania Nord SA, Simion Ţura, privind obţinerea acordului de mediu pentru construcţii energetice, în special cele de transport şi distribuţie, pentru care în unele situaţii se întârzie eliberarea certificatului de urbanism mai mult decât termenul prevăzut de lege.
Din discuţiile purtate, reprezentanta Agenţiei pentru Protecţia Mediului a precizat că există posibilitatea urgentării obţinerii acordului de mediu în condiţiile în care solicitanţii beneficiază de oportunităţile oferite prin acordarea consultanţelor din partea specialiştilor.
Şi de această dată, prefectul le-a solicitat identificarea neconcordanţelor existente în legislaţie, anumite disfuncţionalităţi semnalate şi, în termenul cel mai scurt, să se identifice acestea, să fie înaintate prefectului pentru a fi transmise autorităţilor centrale în vederea înlăturării disfuncţionalităţilor constatate.
În acelaşi timp, prefectul a dispus organizarea unei întâlniri cu structurile de specialitate din cadrul autorităţilor administraţiei publice locale în vederea instruirii acestora pentru aplicarea unitară a legislaţiei privind extinderea lucrărilor energetice, obţinerea acordului de mediu şi eliberarea certificatului de urbanism.
La instruire vor participa, pe lângă structurile de specialitate, şi specialişti din cadrul serviciilor de urbanism de la Consiliul Judeţean şi Primăria municipiului Satu Mare.

În data de 28 noiembrie, ora 9,00, în sala mare de şedinţe a Palatului Administrativ, va avea loc o şedinţă privind pregătirea pentru sezonul rece, la care vor participa primarii unităţilor administrativ – teritoriale şi şefii serviciilor voluntare pentru situaţii de urgenţă.
