Prefectul judeÅ£ului Satu Mare dr. Eugeniu Avram a convocat azi 06.02.2014 o întâlnire de analiză  privind posibilităţile de creare a unor perdele forestiere cu rol de apărare a drumurilor naÅ£ionale, judeÅ£ene ÅŸi comunale împotriva fenomenelor meteo pe timp de iarnă.
La întâlnire au participat reprezentanţi ai: Inspectoratului Judeţean de Poliţie, Secţia Satu Mare a Drumurilor Naţionale, Consiliului Judeţean, Direcţiei Silvice, Inspectoratului Teritorial Regim Silvic şi Vânătoare, Agenţiei pentru Protecţia Mediului şi reprezentanţi ai Secretariatului Tehnic Permanent al Comitetului Judeţean pentru Situaţii de Urgenţă.
Prefectul Eugeniu Avram a dorit să afle din partea participanţilor preocupările care au existat din acest punct de vedere în judeţ, cât şi posibilităţile de realizare în anumite zone a acestor perdele de protecţie şi, nu în ultimul rând, atribuţiile administratorilor drumurilor.
Din discuţiile purtate rezultă că, în judeţ există porţiuni pe care de-alungul timpului au fost necesare intervenţii în forţă pentru restabilirea condiţiilor normale de trafic.
Prefectul Eugeniu Avram a insistat ca într-un termen relativ scurt, ţinând cont şi de fenomenele meteorologice care au avut loc recent în ţară, fiecare autoritate să transmită Instituţiei Prefectului un set de propuneri privind zonele în care se impune crearea de perdele de protecţie sau amplasarea de parazăpezi.
Totodată prefectul a dispus ca, până la data de 14.02.2014, Secretariatul Tehnic Permanent al Comitetului JudeÅ£ean pentru SituaÅ£ii de Urgenţă să elaboreze propuneri în sensul tematicii abordate pentru a putea fi transmise Guvernului României în vederea obÅ£inerii  fondurilor necesare realizării de perdele de protecÅ£ie sau pentru achiziÅ£ionarea de parazăpezi.
