INFORMAÅ¢IE DE PRESÄ‚
 
Prefectul judeÅ£ului Satu Mare, Eugeniu Avram, a avut în data de 24 februarie o întâlnire de lucru cu reprezentanÅ£i ai DirecÅ£iei Silvice, Inspectoratului Teritorial Regim Silvic ÅŸi de Vânătoare, Oficiului de Cadastru ÅŸi Publicitate Imobiliară, Consiliului JudeÅ£ean ÅŸi ai InstituÅ£iei Prefectului. 
Tema întâlnirii a fost legată de clarificarea situaţiei juridice a drumurilor forestiere în zonele în care pădurile au fost retrocedate fie persoanelor fizice, fie Composesoratelor şi care au rămas în continuare în inventarul Direcţiei Silvice.
Prefectul Eugeniu Avram a solicitat directorului Direcţiei Silvice să pregătească o situaţie din care să rezulte câte dintre drumurile forestiere sunt transmise în proprietatea unităţilor administrativ – teritoriale, câte sunt cuprinse în HG nr. 967/2002 privind atestarea domeniului public al judeţului Satu Mare, precum şi a municipiilor, oraşelor şi comunelor din judeţul Satu Mare, şi sunt şi în inventarul Direcţiei Silvice.
Totodată, a solicitat să se facă o confruntare cu reprezentanÅ£ii Consiliului JudeÅ£ean ÅŸi să se stabilească pentru câte dintre drumurile forestiere existente în evidenÅ£ele DirecÅ£iei Silvice pot fi promovate Hotărâri de Guvern în vederea trecerii în proprietatea publică a unităţilor administrativ – teritoriale. 
A doua temă pe lângă care s-au purtat discuţii a fost cea referitoare la funcţionarea şi gestionarea Composesoratelor cărora le-a fost reconstituit dreptul de proprietate asupra terenurilor forestiere, sens în care s-a stabilit realizarea unei întâlniri în cursul lunii martie cu reprezentanţii tuturor factorilor care-i pot informa pe conducătorii Composesoratelor despre obligaţiile şi drepturile acestora pentru a evita pe viitor crearea unor conflicte artificiale între cetăţeni şi reprezentanţii Direcţiei Silvice şi Ocoalelor Silvice private.
