Prefectul judeÅ£ului Satu Mare, dr. Eugeniu Avram va convoca în ÅŸedinţă săptămânală directorii, respectiv ÅŸefii instituÅ£iilor subordonate aceluiaÅŸi minister. ÃŽntâlnirile au loc cu scopul de a implementa conceptul de cooperare între instituÅ£ii în beneficiul cetăţeanului. De asemenea, reprezentantul Guvernului în teritoriu doreÅŸte să afle punctual problemele cu care se confruntă instituÅ£iile din judeÅ£. 
  Miercuri, 18 iunie 2014, de la ora 14.00, în cabinetul prefectului a avut loc prima întâlnire, fiind chemaÅ£i la ÅŸedinţă directorii instituÅ£iilor din subordinea Ministerului FinanÅ£elor Publice. 
La ÅŸedinţă au participat directorul de cancelarie al prefectului, Raul BăbÅ£an, ÅŸeful Serviciului Monitorizare din cadrul InstituÅ£iei Prefectului, Ramona Antonescu, consilierul superior din cadrul InstituÅ£iei Prefectului, Mihaela Petric, ÅŸeful Biroului Vamal Interior Satu Mare, Ioan Sabău, ÅŸeful Biroului Vamal Halmeu, Kis Mihai, respectiv inspectorul superior din cadrul AdministraÅ£iei JudeÅ£ene a FinanÅ£elor Publice Satu Mare, Bertalan Ioan. 
ÃŽn urma întâlnirii s-a stabilit că unele dintre instituÅ£iile menÅ£ionate se confruntă cu o lipsă de personal, iar situaÅ£ia poate fi remediată prin ocuparea imediată a posturilor vacante cu persoane aflate în Corpul de Rezervă al FuncÅ£ionarilor Publici. 
ÃŽn acest sens, prefectul judeÅ£ului Satu Mare, dr. Eugeniu Avram ÅŸi-a manifestat sprijinul instituÅ£ional pentru ca redistribuirea posturilor vacante să aibă loc într-un timp cât mai scurt.
