Conform centralizatorului acÅ£iunilor ÅŸi a rezultatelor obÈ›inute în cadrul Planului judeÅ£ean de contracarare a contrabandei cu Å£igări È™i a evaziunii fiscale, în martie 2015 lucrătorii Serviciului Teritorial al PoliÅ£iei de Frontieră, cei ai Inspectoratului JudeÅ£ean de PoliÅ£ie, ai Birourilor Vamale ÅŸi ai Sectoarelor PoliÅ£iei de Frontieră au întreprins 71 de  acÅ£iuni. Ca urmare a acestor acÅ£iuni au fost reÈ›inute în vederea confiscării bunuri în valoare de 13.998 lei. Dintre acestea 3.074 pachete de Å£igări, 30 de litri de motorină iar 6.240 fire de Å£igarete au fost abandonate. ÃŽn urma acestor acÅ£iuni au fost aplicate 17 contravenÅ£ii cu o valoare de 61.000 lei. Prejudiciul creat statului român este de 13.998 lei. 
MenÅ£ionăm că în baza ordinului prefectului nr.343/2012 este constituit Grupul de lucru pentru contracararea contrabandei cu È›igări pe raza judeÈ›ului Satu Mare. Din grupul de lucru condus de prefectul judeÅ£ului Satu Mare, dr. Eugeniu Avram fac parte toate instituÈ›iile cu atribuÈ›ii în acest domeniu, care au întocmit Planul de acÈ›iune È™i modelul de raportare săptămânal al acÈ›iunilor întreprinse. Pe baza acestor rapoarte săptămânale este întocmit un Centralizator lunar al rezultatelor obÈ›inute care este prezentat prefectului judeÈ›ului. Analiza acestor rezultate, obstacolele întâmpinate È™i propunerile de măsuri sunt discutate apoi în È™edinÈ›ele Grupului de lucru care au loc trimestrial.
