În vederea bunei organizări a evenimentului “Festivalului codrenesc de la Oţeloaia”, prefectul dr. Eugeniu Avram a convocat miercuri, 12 august, comandamentul de lucru privind organizarea acestui eveniment.
Pe lângă stabilirea detaliilor organizatorice privind asigurarea ordinii publice, a altor măsuri de siguranţă şi a programului artistic, un alt subiect dezbătut a fost referitor la condiţiile impuse agenţilor economici care vor fi prezenţi la eveniment. Astfel, fiecare agent economic va trebui să respecte criteriile solicitate în mod legal de către Direcţia de Sănătate Publică (DSP), Direcţia Sanitar Veterinară şi pentru Siguranţa Alimentelor (DSVSA) şi Administraţia a Finanţelor Publice. Operatorii economici vor avea obligaţia să fie dotaţi cu aparate fiscale ambulante, pentru a respecta legislaţia în vigoare. Din cauza temperaturilor extreme, înainte şi pe toata durata evenimentului va fi interzis aprinderea focului în zonă pentru a fi evitate posibile incendii de pădure. 
Festivalul Folclorului Codrenesc de la “Oţeloaia”, cel mai vechi eveniment cultural organizat in judeţul Satu Mare  ajuns in acest an la cea de-a 59-a ediţie va avea loc duminică, 23 august, de la ora 11,00, în pădurea Oţeloaia din comuna Homoroade.
