Potrivit datelor solicitate de prefectul Eugeniu Avram, la nivelul judeţului Satu Mare
Plata sumelor restante pentru ajutorul de minimis se va realiza 
până la sfârşitul lunii februarie 
 
Pentru informarea fermierilor sătmăreni şi urmarea materialului apărut în cotidianul “Informaţia Zilei”, prefectul Eugeniu Avram a solicitat Direcţiei pentru Agricultură Satu Mare să precizeze care este situaţia în judeţ privind plata ajutorului de minimis pentru compensarea efectelor fenomenului de secetă, stabilit conform  dispoziţiilor HG 897/2012.
La nivelul judeţului Satu Mare au fost depuse un număr de 12.951 de cereri acordare a ajutorului de minimis, în sumă totală de 5,344 milioane lei. În luna decembrie 2012 au fost efectuate plăţi în valoare de 2.864.869 lei pentru un număr de 7.719 cereri. În zilele trecute, printr-o adresă, Ministerul Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale a anunţat că în cel mai scurt timp se va repartiza către judeţul Satu Mare suma de 2.479.231 lei pentru a se putea plăti ajutorul de minimis în cazul celor 5.232 cereri rămase nesoluţionate de anul trecut. Potrivit informării primite de prefectul judeţului, plăţile restante ar urma să fie efectuate, conform programării la trezorerie, în perioada 21- 28 februarie.
Conform prevederilor HG 897/2012, ajutoarele de minimis se acordă producătorilor agricoli pentru compensarea efectelor fenomenului de secetă manifestat în anul agricol 2011-2012 asupra culturilor agricole. Cuantumul sprijinului financiar reprezentând ajutor de minimis este de 100 lei/ha şi se acordă pentru suprafeţe de culturi agricole în teren arabil de minimum un hectar şi maximum 10 hectare, inclusiv, fără însă a depăşi plafonul maxim stabilit la echivalentul in lei a 7.500 euro/beneficiar/3 ani.
