ÃŽn urma fenomenelor meteorologice intervenite în ultima perioadă au fost afectate de secetă mai multe culturi agricole din judeÈ›. Prefectul dr. Eugeniu Avram a convocat la cabinetul său, marÅ£i 25 august, o ÅŸedinţă pe această temă cu reprezentanÅ£ii instituÅ£iilor cu atribuÅ£ii în domeniul agriculturii. DiscuÅ£iile au fost axate pe elaborarea unui plan de acÅ£iune unitar la nivel judeÅ£ean a comisiilor care vor evalua pagubele agricole produse de secetă.  Pentru a realiza o evaluare cât mai eficientă se vor parcurge etapele de mai jos:
Fermierii și producătorii agricoli care au culturile afectate de secetă se vor prezinta la primăria unității administrativ-teritoriale unde este amplasată exploatația agricolă și completează înștiințarea, model care se află la primărie. Reprezentanţii primăriei vor centraliza cererile primite, care se realizează distinct pentru persoane fizice și juridice. Cele două centralizatoare se transmit în formatul prevăzut de legislaţie, respectiv Anexa II la Dispoziţia Comună privind procedurile de raportare în cazul apariţiei sau producerii unor situaţii de urgenţă către ISU Someş Satu Mare, Direcţia pentru Agricultură a Judeţului Satu Mare (DAJ) şi Instituţia Prefectului – Judeţul Satu Mare, iar mai apoi se va pregăti documentaţia pentru comisia de constatare şi evaluare a pagubelor numită prin Ordin al Prefectului judeţului Satu Mare, respectiv procesul verbal de constatare şi evaluare a pagubelor şi a centralizatorului de constatare şi evaluare a pagubelor conform machetei transmise de Direcţia pentru Agricultură a Judeţului Satu Mare.
Miercuri, 26 august, de la ora 08,30, prefectul dr. Eugeniu Avram a convocat în sala mare a Palatului Adminstrativ o şedinţă cu secretarii unităţilor administrativ-teritoriale din judeţ şi cu responsabilii pentru situaţii de urgenţă din fiecare comună, în vederea prezentării planului de acţiune cu privire la această temă.
